- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion on projects such as the annual brand campaign, packaging graphic design, web graphics (including animated HTML5 ads), social graphics, large scale signage (wall murals, banners, outfield wall graphics, etc), logo design, in-stadium digital graphics (static and animated), street pole banners and a large variety of other print projects
- Instrumental in implementing the Wrike project management system to restructure and streamline project intake, scheduling and production efficiency
- Lead and manage our team of graphic designers and make sure all work is completed in a timely fashion
- Work with every department in the company to help them achieve their goals where they intersect with design
- Hiring manager for vacant or new positions on our graphic design team
- Work with outside vendors to deliver press-ready artwork when necessary
